IOW Steam Railway: Real Ale Festival

Isle of Wight Steam Railways Real Ale Festival is back for its 19th year! Is there any better way to kick off the weekend?

With a huge selection of real ales, there are even a few ciders for those with a sweeter tooth. Try local brews from Yates’, Goddards and Island Brewery alongside ales from other counties, including Yorkshire and Somerset.

Entry is free, with the bar opening from 11am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday, and 5pm on Monday. If you wish to board the steam train, usual operating fares apply.

It’s truly a whole Island affair with many local businesses sponsoring a barrel of beer.
