Georgia is the founder of Inflatable Amnesty, a company creating sustainable bags and accessories from upcycled beach deckchairs and retired bouncy castles. The team have inflatables sent to them from all over the word to turn into bags, instead of heading to landfill. Here’s what she loves about the Isle of Wight.
“I absolutely love driving along the Military Road from Chale to Freshwater Bay. The dramatic landscape and huge skies are amazing, it is such a beautiful part of the Island.
There are such a lot of great musicians on the Island and so many places have live music on. I always like to try and watch Cat Skellington play. Their style is ‘gypsy jazz’ which gets everybody up.
My favourite time is in the summer, when the tide is out at Silver Sands in Bembridge. You can walk right out, the sea gets so warm. My kids love it, it’s still shallow enough to play in and the water is so clear here.”
