How will I receive my ticket?
When you make a booking online or with our Contact Centre, we will send an email with an e-ticket attached. You can either print the e-ticket off or show the QR code on the e-ticket on your device to our staff on arrival. Alternatively, you can make bookings through the Wightlink App – simply show the QR code within the App to our team on arrival
To make the process even easier we can also send a confirmation text to your mobile phone with a Booking Reference Number to give to our staff on arrival.
