If you are booked to travel and your sailing has been moved, we will be contacting you directly via email and/or SMS. Your booking will be moved to a different sailing and you will have these options:
Agree to travel at the alternative booked sailing time offered by us.
Change the booking to another sailing, subject to availability. For many of you, you will be able to do this by logging into your online account.
Please note, if you can't amend your booking immediately after you've been notified, please try again in a few hours whilst our team are working on moving other customers.

If you’d like to change your booking, you may be able to log into your account online and amend your sailings there, subject to availability. If you have booked with us using AFerry, Ferrysavers or Direct Ferries or if your booking has been made on your behalf by a tour operator or travel agent, you will need to contact them directly in order for them to make changes for you.
