Our hybrid energy ferry, Victoria of Wight, serves this port alongside St Clare and St Faith, getting you from Fishbourne to Portsmouth on the mainland in only 45 minutes.

Purchase or amend tickets at our port using the dedicated Customer Service Point. Please note, you can’t purchase any of our frequent traveller passes at our ports and we no longer accept cash payments.
Toilets and baby-changing facilities are available at the port while you wait for your ferry crossing.
The nearest bus stop is Kite Hill, around 15 minutes’ walk away, and is served by Southern Vectis bus Route 9, which links Newport and Ryde.
For better transport links as a foot passenger, consider travelling on our Portsmouth Harbour – Ryde Pier Head route, which is well served by both train and bus connections.
Vehicles need to check in 30 minutes before departure and foot passengers 15 minutes before departure.

There is parking available on site, but space is limited.
Purchase your ticket using the designated ticket machines, which only accept card, or the RingGo app on your phone. You can extend your session through your phone if you plan on staying a little longer.

When you arrive, follow the arrows to the booth and pull up – a member of our team will then check your ticket and tell you a lane number in which to park and wait for the ferry.
Feel free to use our port facilities but do try to be back in your vehicle and ready to go at least 15 minutes before your booked sailing time.
When you’re asked to board the ferry, please follow the team’s instructions. Switch off your headlights.
When you drive onto the ferry the crew will direct you to a parking space on deck. Be aware of passengers walking across decks and other vehicles parking on board.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled sailing time and head to the foot passenger seating area to the right of the ground floor vehicle boarding ramp.
When it’s time to board, you’ll be directed down the foot passenger walkway, which runs adjacent to the ground floor vehicle boarding ramp.
Someone will scan your ticket and you’ll be let on board after vehicles have unloaded from the previous crossing. You’ll be crossing the vehicle deck of the ferry so make sure to follow the crew’s instructions and head for the stairs and lift entrance, from where you can head up to the passenger lounges.
If you’re bringing along a bicycle, please leave this on the vehicle deck at the front of the ferry.
