Timetable changes for Wightlink during the Great South Run

There will be changes to Wightlink’s sailings to Portsmouth Gunwharf on Sunday 20 October 2024 because of road closures in the city centre during the annual Great South Run.

Two sailings from Fishbourne will be diverted to the Portsmouth International Port (PIP) and will return from there. Wightlink’s timetable has been amended as journey times will be longer.

No foot passengers will be carried on the sailings to and from PIP and customers are advised there may be security checks at PIP.

Drivers planning to take the 10:00 Portsmouth-Fishbourne sailing must arrive before 09:30 to be sure of avoiding road closures.
